Understanding Podcast: B Corps: The Future of Ethical Business
Jonathan has been where his clients are now.
He left an executive role at a large hospital to strike out on his own, founding a management consulting firm. And, for 10 years, things were great. The company grew–became a B Corp and served hundreds of organizations. The problem was, he was unfulfilled.
After a successful exit in which he went through a management buyout of his company, Jonathan founded his coaching practice so that he could fulfill his purpose to create an intimate space for leaders who need to be listened to deeply.

Try these 4 strategies to resolve workplace conflict
Navigating tense workplace relationships often begins with assessing the potential for forgiveness and reconciliation from both your perspective and your colleague’s. Depending on these factors, relationships can fall into one of four categories: fully restored, released without reconciliation, rule-bound due to unresolved issues, or continuing with a rift or reframed perspective. Each category offers a different approach to managing conflicts and moving forward, either by restoring the relationship, setting boundaries, or changing perceptions. Understanding where your relationship fits within these quadrants can guide you in resolving conflicts and fostering professional growth.
