How was my weekend? Kinda mind blowing. I spent it with my amazing colleagues Suzanne Clark and Kylie Fox-Peltier co-leading a group of Board Members and executives from YWCAs across Canada to deeply question, reimagine, and decolonize governance.

Laughter, tears, insights, stories, calls-to-action, fears, hope... Still processing it all tbh. I'll be thinking about this for months.
