    • I encourage you to book all your sessions up front — you’ll have the best choice of times and can build a steady rhythm to our work together.

    • Once your sessions are booked, you’ll receive confirmation emails with all the details.

    • If you need to reschedule, no problem — just return to this page or use the link in your confirmation email.

    • If you do need to change times, please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice. If it’s a last minute emergency, then let me know and we’ll rebook.

    • Sessions can take place by phone, Zoom, or in person — Personally, I prefer old school phone calls (many clients enjoy walking and talking, or taking a break from the camera). If you want to do calls, please provide the best number to call you at for each session when booking. Whatever your preference is, just let me know in the booking. (Note: In person are usually only available to local clients.)

    • If you can’t find the times you need (I seem to be all booked up) or you are in a different time zone and there’s not enough options available, then email me and we’ll book manually.
