Jonathan Bennett is an advisor, not a coach or a consultancy. One advisor, retained directly, no bench and no handover. He founded Laridae in 2011, grew it into a B Corp certified management consultancy serving 200+ organizations nationally, and exited through a management buyout in 2021. Before that, six years in the C-suite of a large regional hospital. More than 25 years as a board director and chair.

Clients are founder-led firms, family businesses, employee-owned companies, social purpose organizations, and the boards governing them.

Three engagements: retained trusted counsel, a confidential advisory relationship beginning with six sessions; strategy, transition and succession, covering strategic planning, growth, turnaround, founder handover, sale and exit, employee ownership and advisory board design; and board and governance, covering effectiveness reviews, governance training, chair coaching, committee design, conflict management and facilitation.
